The Venezuelan people are going through a difficult and delicate situation. On June 28th, the Presidential Elections were held, millions of Venezuelans participated and their hearts were full of hope since in this historic P.E they had the possibility of overthrowing the Chavista dictator Nicolás Maduro, who has kept Venezuela in misery. The opposition candidate of Nicolás Maduro, Edmundo González, was the hope of millions but unfortunately there was electoral fraud and Maduro "won" with 51% of the votes and was reelected as President of Venezuela. Since Sunday, July 28th, the Venezuelan people have said to the corrupt government and the tyrant Maduro "ENOUGH!" and have been in a constant struggle, demonstrating in the streets and shouting for their freedom. For protesting against the government, innocent people are being kidnapped and killed by Nicolas Maduro's troops and right now the Venezuelan people are being massacred by the Russian mercenary group "Wagner" and by the Cuban military troops that have arrived in the country to help this tyrannical monster. I, being a Chilean, am a witness of how Venezuelans since the mandate of Nicolas Maduro in 2013 until now, have emigrated to my country in search of refuge, a dignified life and a prosperous future for their children and today I join their desperate cries for help, so that the murderous dictator Maduro is overthrown and hopefully prosecuted for his crimes.
